We do not seek nor do we receive any compensation, commissions, or reimbursements from any mutual fund, investment management, or administration company. Nor do we accept any indirect compensation such as conference support, research studies, entertainment budgets, or preferred pricing. We are a fee-only consultant and believe that accepting commissions or any type of soft dollar payments creates conflicts and misaligned incentives.
